I sure did!!! That post, or posts, you will have to wait for…I have some beautiful tulip photos I can’t wait to share. But, we must not share the best photos first, right? 😉
Sheesh girl. Stick with me and you will see a LOT of photos over the upcoming weeks. Enjoy your trip. October will be a glorious time to visit. How long will you have there?
We have three days London, only two days in Paris, two weeks in Rome, one day in Capri, and two days in Naples. It will be a lot of fun trying to dot everything in !!(: one trip will not be enough.
The first time I went we only had three days. I was going to skip the Louvre because there is so much to see. But, on a whim we decided to pop in for a few minutes. We stayed for something like six hours…it is totally awesome.
It’s coming! It’s coming. It takes so much time. I think I am done editing photos and I need to organize them so I know which posts to write. I have a lot of little random ones I will be throwing out there in the meantime. And lots and lots of graffiti.
No worries at all! 🙂 Have a wonderful weekend. It is a long holiday weekend for us here so I might be quiet for the weekend. (As quiet as I am capable of being anyway.)
Last week-end was also the commemoration of the bloodiest battle of WWI, in Verdun. It is weird to think that my grandfather was there, a century ago, and that I managed to know him. 🙂
Which, in my case, allows me to say that my “memory” extends back to the 19th century, because I have know people (my grandparents) who were born then. 🙂
Somehow the cars we think we cannot live without do seem bloated and wasteful when traveling. I feel the same way about the size of my refrigerator. 😉
Laughed at your comment on sorting photos. It does go on forever. Darn digital cameras. 🙂 Enjoyed you photo and looking forward to the next ‘batch.’ –Curt
I am not actually sure what it was. I didn’t get a good look at it because the girl driving it was looking at me like I was a lunatic for taking her photo.
Lovely place, I guess that you went to the gardens?

Oh boy! Well, then you will have to stick to the usuals. The Louvre, although busy and touristy is the most awesome museum in the world.

That’s good to know. We couldn’t decide if it was a must see!!

such a wee car. I am always amazed at how large our vehicles look when we return from a trip to Europe.
