Bulldog Travels
California
Bio: As a young person I never had any aspirations of ever leaving Northern California. The thought of traveling far away seemed a dream out of my reach. However, one trip to Ireland in 1999 changed all of that. I caught the bug. The travel bug. I love to travel any chance I get anywhere any time. I have been fortunate enough to have traveled quite extensively and look forward to much more in the future. I love photography. And those two wonderful hobbies of travel and photography fit perfectly together. This blog is a great outlet for me to share my travel adventures along with photographs friends have always enjoyed. It is also a spiffy outlet for me to write about what makes me happy or what I am thinking about at the moment. I humbly ask you to read and enjoy and comment on anything that captures your interest. Many happy travels… *As much as I would love for this to go unsaid all photos featured on my blog are mine and cannot be used for any other purpose without first obtaining permission. Thank you for being a kind human and respecting that request.
Nice to meet you!
Greetings from a Foodie from Belgium! 😀

Hey, this is Ben Pastore from the Trip Accomplice blog. Just recently my travel ebook You Can Keep Your Adventure, Just Leave Me the Toilet Paper was released, and I’m trying to spread the word via my connections with fellow bloggers. If you’d be interested in doing a review in exchange for a free copy and link on my site, let me know and we can work out the details. Thanks for being a follower and I hope to hear from you soon.

There are so many places on the list. I’d like to visit China but probably the next trip will be to visit a friend in Finland. I have been once before, in winter, so it would be good to go in summer to see what was under all that snow! What’s next on your agenda?

I’m not sure yet. Nothing officially planned. But I might be going to Washington DC and maybe Germany.

I’m going to have a week of hiking and exploring the Quincy-Chester area soon. Any must see recommendations??
LikeLiked by 1 person
Good for you! An entire week? Well, you must make the drive in to Tahoe and explore the few small towns in between. (Hwy 70 to 89 to Truckee and then to Tahoe.)
Along the way you can stop at Lumas Eureka SP (http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=507) and have a little hike around Madora Lake. Have a wonderful time and let me know what you think!
Whatever you do stop for coffee/hot chocolate and every single pastry at Carey Candy Company in Quincy.
