That’s great. I remember coming across the reliefs coming out of the tile walls below the Brooklyn Museum and thinking how nice it was to find art in the subway. I think public art is great in general but find art in the subway breaks the mold of the dirty, dangerous connotations that go with the old stations.

Wow. You beat me to the topic. I’ve been wanting to do a “Spécial Métro” for a while. (Just not happy with my pics) Those lips are incredible. Which station was that? (Have you seen my Concorde posts?)

Gosh. I don’t remember the station but it was the one that lead to the train that we took to Giverny if that helps…
