I never grow tired of visiting the coast. The older I get the more I need it. Some friends were kind enough to invite us for a visit to their home in Moss Beach, California and we had a wonderful time visiting the beach and the Tree Tunnel. The bridge to the tunnel had been damaged significantly due to a few recent very brutal storms but we made it anyway rewarded at the end with a lovely dinner.
*Hi to all of my blogger friends. It’s been too long and I hope all of you are well.
Well hey there stranger. Long time no see in the blogging world. Good to have you back! Moss Beach is a beautiful area. Peggy and I will be traveling that way soon. (We are living in Virginia, now, having moved there from Oregon to be nearer our kids, and missing the West.) Anyway, we have a three month trip up the coast planned starting in April that will take us from Big Sur to Olympic National Park. –Curt

Let me know if you are passing through. I’d love to meet you two for coffee if the timing allows. I’ve really enjoyed following your epic adventures. Safe travels!

That would be great, Jenny. Are you still living in the Sacramento area? Peggy and I will be visiting friends and family there from April 15-21!

Definitely. we can plan a time and place now, if you’d like. Or we can pick a time and place closer to our visit. Either lunch or coffee would be fun. I’d say offhand, that April 18th or 19th would be good. Ideas? –Curt

Welcome back Jenny! So nice to have you back around… And with great pics… I really need to visit that part some day.
(Wasn’t there a movie with (or by) Clint Eastwood shot around those parts?

He’s shot a lot ‘round here. Not sure which movie you might be referring to. I have a few more posts queues up for now after my hiatus. 😉

I don’t remember which one. He has a cabin up a cliff. Very early 70’s…
Congrats on the queue. (About time! 😉)

Jenny it’s good to have you back! I’ve been so busy for about one year now that all my habits have been disrupted. If your blog came across my radar, I didn’t see it. But I show up a little more consistently these days and I’ll be looking. I am super happy for you guys to meet Curt and Peggy! They are the BEST and I’m so sad they left Oregon and I won’t get to see them as often now. Since they’re heading north up the coast, Pedro and I will see them after you, so I get to have the details. Don’t forget PHOTOS. 🙂
