Yosemite in the Fall

Fall in Yosemite? I know it’s winter. What can I say? A while back I had the audacity to post that Yosemite might be overrated. While I still stand behind most of what I said in that post I can tell you Yosemite in the Fall when the park was all but empty is Epic.

It genuinely is nothing short of breathtaking. In. Every. Direction. One could spend a lifetime exploring it and it would look different in every season in every light at every angle.

Nothing compares to it. Nothing.

I’m still confident I’d never go in high season ever again without losing my mind. But I promise I’ll be back in the low seasons. Every. Chance. I. Get.

Cheers friends.

  1. Hi Jenny, I’ve misplaced your phone number somewhere. It may yet show up. Just in case it doesn’t, Peggy and I just arrived in Sacramento and are staying at the Cal Expo RV Park. We are definitely planning on meeting you at Ikeda’s on Friday for lunch starting at noon. We have flexibility on Friday in case you need to make any changes. We are looking forward to meeting you! 2. Jenny, your Yosemite images are breathtaking! I love the first one of half dome reflected in the water. Our only visit there was early spring several years ago. We were wowed by the beauty of it and your images brought back many memories of our time there. Thank you!
