The Wide Open Walls 916 festival has come and gone for 2020 and I have a lot of great murals to share. Mr. Hunka-hunka burnin’ love here is probably one of my favorites for the year. Tattoos adorn his stellar face making this large mural interesting and eye catching from any angle.
What fond memories, thanks.

Ha!! Thank GOODness Elvis was not into face tattoos, not that there’s anything wrong with that! Or is there? 😱😂😩

Lol. I know, right. Wasn’t a thing back then. Not sure it is now either. There is another set with Lucille Ball and Desi Arnez which have face tattoos as well but I haven’t gotten to that one yet. Funny concept I guess.

What a different and talented portrait of the King.
Street art never ceases to amaze me.
Thanks Jenny

I wonder if he will always be the King? Seems like other ahem less talented folks are very popular today and his reach is losing audience. I hope I’m wrong.

Not too familiar with the current music scene I must confess. Elvis will pass. Normal scheme of things. Those titles were given in a long-gone era… few people remember “Count” Basie, or “Duke” Ellington. (Though I just saw him in a vintage Bogart film. A treat) Just the way things are.
